Our experience with Seal the Deal was great! Mike was very thorough and explained the whole process of waterproofing our basement. He did not try to sell us add-ons that were not necessary . All the other companies that we had talked to prior to going with Seal the Deal were charging us so much more for what we found to be not necessary. Mike was honest and communicated with us through out the whole process. We are very happy with the work he did. I highly recommend using Seal the Deal if you have any issues with water in your basement.

Had new waterproofing and pump system installed and Mike/crew did a great job removing the old system and installing a new, more efficient system. Mike explained how this was going to happen, all recommendations, and the plan with every step along the way. Basement looks fantastic and the system is working great. The end product also looks great with a fantastic job finishing the area and cleaning up. Easy process from quoting, scheduling, and setting up all follow up services and maintenance. You can tell Mike really cares about his work and wants to be sure it holds up with follow up visits to be sure things were properly working after heavy rains and to make sure everything is settling correctly. He also gave us a heads up for other maintenance issues to be aware of for other utilities that potentially saved other issues. Communication was easy and efficient. He shared many pictures and explanations along the way to update where he was in the process. Very happy with our services and choosing Mike and Seal the Deal Waterproofing!

We very enthusiastically give Seal the Deal 5 stars for the quality of his work, professionalism, responsiveness to our concerns, and fair price for the waterproofing in our basement. We've been plagued with water in our old house and now we can finally breath a sigh of relief because of the work done by Mike. He knows what he's doing and does a good, clean, and quick job. He's also a nice guy that you don't need to be concerned letting him into your home.

They say word of mouth is the best advertisement for a business. Believe that! An seeing the work prior doesn't hurt either. Waterproofing work was done at my sister -in-laws house, she absolutely loves the job. I actually met Mike and his worker at her job, great hardworking guys. I needed a basement done, I called Mike up at Seal the Deal, after seeing and knowing the job he did at my sister-n-laws. Mike met me the next day, on time, got the estimate. Let's say we Sealed the Deal on the job. LOL Honest, Clean ups after and Protects walking areas they use. Awesome work! I would DEFINITELY suggest anyone looking to get waterproofing done, to give Seal a Deal a call. Bottom line? Mike is a straight up, honest guy. Not there to sell you any additional work that's not needed. I had 3 companies out prior to my sister-in laws (Big Names), one who went down a list of additional work, or offered services of work other then what they were there for. Call Mike, you won't be disappointed!

Mike and his team was referred to us by a friend, his work was Done almost a Year ago, and we couldn't be happier. Mike was diligent at figuring the source of the water problem, and got to work right away. He got all the materials necessary and by the end of the week everything was completely finished. Mike made sure to leave our Fully Finished Basement right back to the way it was before by having the section of the Laminate Flooring Reinstalled so that No One can tell Anything was Done. We waited a while to leave a review thinking we may end up with future issues, but thankfully we never did after Mike's repair. I Highly recommend Seal The Deal Waterproofing for any of your Water Proofing Needs.

Seal The Deal did a phenomenal job waterproofing our damp musty basement! Mike and crew were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The job was priced fairly and done promptly in the amount of days estimated. Everything was cleaned up after completion. Our basement has not been useable for several years and now thanks to Seal The Deal we can actually enjoy a dry clean basement!

Seal The Deal provided us with quality service at a reasonable price. We had a bad leak and had to deal with water in our basement whenever it rained. Mike of Seal The Deal Waterproofing was excellent! My basement flooded in the past and I didn't want to refinish it without getting a professional opinion. Mike came out immediately, explained everything to me and gave me suggestions on what I should do. I got a new sump pump, a battery back-up, french drain, and a pop-up to take the water away from the house. His price was very fair! He completed the job within a few days, and kept me updated on all the progress. Him and his crew were friendly, and I felt very comfortable with all aspects of what, to me, was a big project. There are a lot of companies out there, but Seal The Deal is definitely one of the best. Thank you!
